Kelsey Konsen
Founder & Chief Yoga Operator
500 HR RYT, RPYT, Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist
Kelsey is a creative, joyfully sarcastic, and fiery lover of yoga who believes that a great practice should be as smart as it is soulful. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should support your real life—not the other way around.
She completed her 200-hour certification at Joy Yoga Center in Houston in 2017 and has been on a nonstop learning streak ever since. She holds advanced certifications in prenatal and postnatal yoga, yin, yoga for athletes, and is a 500-hour Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. Her studies have included a deep dive into the shoulder, hip, and spine—three areas where so many people feel stuck, stiff, or in pain.
Kelsey approaches yoga as a two-part equation: the physical body and the mental state, both equally important and deeply connected. Her sessions are where anatomy meets mindfulness, strength meets recovery, and education meets ease. She’s known for making yoga approachable, thoughtful, and even fun (yes, fun), while staying laser-focused on her clients’ needs, goals, and comfort.
As the founder of Yoga Balance, Inc., Kelsey works with clients one-on-one to design fully customized private yoga sessions that help them move better, feel better, and live with more ease. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, managing stress, healing from injury, or simply trying to fit movement into a packed schedule, she’s here to help you build a practice that fits—and supports—your life.
She’ll bring the knowledge, the structure, and maybe a little sarcasm. You just have to show up.

Anne is enthusiastic about building sequences that are accessible to all types of bodies and experience levels so that everyone feels successful in their practice!
In addition to her 200hr training, Anne is an 85hr RPYT, certified to teach prenatal yoga. She fell in love with teaching prenatal yoga while she was pregnant with her second baby. She is passionate about modifying yoga to the pregnant body to empower women to feel their best during pregnancy.
In her free time, you can find Anne loving on her husband and two kids and spending time outdoors.
